Filtering Observations

The automated tags feature adds tags to observations to allow you to quickly filter and view particular observations on the app or websuite such as:

• • Parent Notes – observations that parents have commented on
  • Parent Submission – observations that have been submitted by parents
  • No Objectives – observations that have not been tagged to objectives
  • No Learners – observations that have not been tagged to a learner
  • Parent Share – observations that have been marked for parent share

This feature is really useful for:

• • Ensure that you have not missed any parent submissions or parent comments
  • locate any observations that need completing (i.e. tag a learner and add objectives)

How this feature works:

When filtering observations on the app or websuite you can apply any of the automated tags using the Observation Tag feature to quickly view these observations:
